Your Role:

Assemble, inspect and ship the most advanced helmets in the industry. Operate and maintain 3D printers in order to build the most advanced helmets on the planet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test helmets for certification and shipment to customers
• Quality inspection of printed and assembled parts
• Use hand tools to perform routine maintenance and repair of printers and support equipment
• Enhance our existing processes and help to grow our production capabilities
• Maintain the facilities to ensure proper function and operation.
• Use a variety of software and equipment to improve the printers capabilities and reliability
• Utilize Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for auditing and tracking production.

Qualifications:

• A shared passion for our mission and with it the desire to put all that you love into everything that you do at KAV.
• Initiative to proactively improve our existing processes and create new ones.
• Willingness to dive into complex and novel problems and collaborate with others to iterate towards the best solution
• Methodical and detail oriented to ensure the quality required for a certified helmet
• 3D printing experience preferred
• Work closely and seamlessly with team members across the company to insure our customers love our product and our brand.
