Job summary

XPO, Inc. is hiring a Production Technician Associate for day shift in Searcy, AR. You will identify and perform repetitive assembly of trailer components, follow blueprints or work instructions, and use measuring tools to ensure quality.

You’ll collaborate with teammates, follow safety rules, and participate in continuous improvements. Responsibilities include organizing parts, maintaining attendance, and supporting other departments as needed.

• Follow directions and be adaptable to changing conditions and expectations.
• Collaborate and support other members of the company.
• Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
• Demonstrate the company’s core values and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Production Technician Associates are required to:

• Follow safety rules and work in a safe manner

• Perform work in a manufacturing environment and work outside, if necessary

• Perform fine manipulations of parts with fingers

• Safely walk, reach (including above head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel in strained and awkward positions for prolonged periods

• Lift up to 50 pounds

• Use both close vision and depth perception
