What you need to succeed as an Analyst, Sales Support at XPOMinimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or a related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 2-3 years in customer service
Experience with data entry, through excel, Salesforce, or similar workflows
Experience with event coordination and marketing
Experience preparing and/or auditing customer quotes
Ability to communicate across multiple levels and job functions
Ability to analyze and solve problems

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Develop customer relationships and communicate trailer specifications between engineering and sales team.
Actively support sales operations and initiatives across the organization.
Coordinate trade shows, including logistics, planning, and event preparation.
Attend trade shows and industry events when possible to represent the company and support sales efforts.
Provide fleet purchase updates and communicate status information to internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare, review, and manage customer quotes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Serve as a Senior Sales Assistant, supporting the sales team with administrative and customer-facing responsibilities.
Act as the primary point of contact for new customers throughout the quoting and specification process.
Develop and maintain customer specifications and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing responsive and professional service.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and project timelines are met.
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Assume additional responsibilities and support new initiatives as business needs evolve and the role expands.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
