XPO is seeking a Production Technician Associate in Searcy, AR. The role runs Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm and involves assembling trailer components from blueprints, plus using measuring and power/hand tools while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Follow safety rules and work in a safe manner.
• Perform work in a manufacturing environment and work outside, if necessary.
• Perform fine manipulations of parts with fingers.
• Safely walk, reach (including above head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel in strained and awkward positions for prolonged periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Use both close vision and depth perception
