You would be working with state-of-the-art printing equipment to create something unique and personal for our clients. Our Team Members also work in a clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect products to determine quality and adherence to work order specifications
• Identify workflow and process inefficiencies, recommend solutions to Management and participate in resolutions
• Receive all incoming raw goods shipments, examine merchandise for damage or defects, verify shipment information against bill of lading, input required receiving data into the system
• Pack goods for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Carry out basic quality control checks
• Process overflow work for teams that need assistance meeting Service Level Expectations
• Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping
• Work cooperatively with other team members to meet goals
• Monitor daily and monthly audits
• Be available for occasional overtime, including nights and weekends
• Perform other duties as assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

• Preferred 0-1 years of general work experience

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:

• Strong understanding of Benson’s commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within the production, apparel and shipping process.
• Ability to understand and follow job instructions, both verbal and written.
• Adaptable to work within multiple areas of apparel production.
• Proficiently operating in a safe and productive manner within a production setting.
• Maintain company’s high quality control standards.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Capability to complete repetitive tasks.
• Ability to speak and understand English.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Working in a production environment
• Regularly lifts and carries very heavy objects
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and grasping
• Standing for longer periods of time
• Handling and assembling small parts
• Vision abilities are required to confirm product accuracy
