Job summary

Henkel Corporation is seeking a dedicated team member for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:30pm-6:30am) with occasional OT. You will rotate between operating production equipment and shipping/receiving to support operational needs, while ensuring safety and reliability.

Proficiency with Word/Excel for quality checks and downtime entry is expected, along with a positive, adaptable attitude. The role emphasizes flexibility, willingness to learn new skills, and the ability to backfill outages across

What you´ll do

• Rotate between operating equipment on production and shipping and receiving to support operational needs, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to production demands.
• Operates machines and production equipment safely following all procedures.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a computer for the completion of quality checks and downtime entry for tracking, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
• Gain multiple task skills to effectively backfill any outages in specific areas
• Acts as a role model and provides direct feedback to encourage appropriate work behaviors
