Job Description Summary:

• Responsible for testing products for quality, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems to minimize rejects; sets up and operates production equipment following manufacturing practices and SOPs.
• Maintain the plant’s manufacturing equipment in good condition, including cleaning and sanitizing tanks, maintaining conveyor belts, loading raw material tankers, and cleaning work areas, in accordance with GMP policies to ensure product quality.
• Move raw materials and finished products within the warehouse or production facilities using forklifts or other equipment to support production and shipping. Inspect facilities to ensure safety and GMP compliance. Implement and maintain the Coca-Cola Quality System to ensure product quality. Calculate yields and scrap to monitor material usage variances.
• Communicate with team members to exchange feedback, identify and solve problems, and achieve business goals.
• Identify activities not aligned with company policies and inform relevant parties.
• Maintain proper documentation and statistics related to policies, procedures, and standards.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Preferred: 2 years of manufacturing and/or shipping experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Availability to work overtime and flexible shifts as required.
• Good attendance and punctuality, arriving at scheduled shift start times.
• Initiative and accountability for work quality and effectiveness.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of production and warehousing; ability to operate a forklift safely; capable of physical tasks including lifting up to 55 lbs.
• Commitment to skill development and teamwork across functions.
• Ability to identify equipment and operational issues.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
