Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Production Tech for the on-site Duluth, MN facility. The role involves equipment set-up, supervising line operators, and documenting test results.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7AM–3:30PM, with starting pay of $25 per hour and potential additional compensation based on experience.

You will support lean improvements, assist with manufacturing and quality issues, and work with MES and other systems as part of a diverse team.

• 4-6 years of related experience in manufacturing/production.

• Performs set-up of equipment
• Monitors, audits and provides guidance on line operators.
• Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results to identity yield problems or test new products.
• Provides technical assistance manufacturing
• Provides technical assistance quality issues
• Skill trained/experience in winding soldering, encapsulation, testing and assembly.
• Participates in lean improvements and initiatives on production lines
• Operadores special equipment and facility systems (MES, vista, IHLP ect.)

Job Location:

This position will be on-site at the Duluth, MN facility, near Airpark blvd and Haines Road.

Work hours: Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM

Pay: $25/hr starting pay additional compensation may be added based on experience
