Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in Duluth, MN is seeking a Production Technician III to support on-site manufacturing operations. You will set up equipment, monitor processes, and help ensure product quality on the production line.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of manufacturing experience with winding, soldering, encapsulation, testing, and assembly, and can work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Starting pay is $23 per hour, with additional compensation based on experience.

• Hands-on experience with winding, soldering, encapsulation, testing and assembly.
• On-site role at Duluth, MN; Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and monitor / audit line operations.
• Process test runs and record results (charts/graphs) to identify yield issues.
• Provide technical assistance to manufacturing and quality teams.
• Participate in lean improvement initiatives on production lines.
• Operate special equipment and facility systems (MES, Vantage, IHLP, etc.).
