Job summary

Kofile Technologies is seeking a hands-on Production Associate for glue binding and hand assembly of custom binders. This full-time, on-site role involves operating a glue machine, sewing materials, and performing quality checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent hand eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate a glue machine and perform hand assembly of custom binders.
• Sew materials to create bound books.
• Perform quality control to ensure orders are complete and accurate.
• Participate in initial training and future training in other production processes.

• Quality control (QC) to ensure customer orders are complete and accurate
• Initial training program and future training in other production processes

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours per shift)

• Enjoys hands-on and craft work is ideal
• You have to be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
