Job summary

Kofile Products is a custom binder and presentation company that handles 15,000+ custom orders yearly. We offer a clean, safe, temperature-controlled environment with opportunities for training and advancement.

The role involves operating a glue machine, hand-assembling binders, sewing materials for bound books, and performing quality control. Training will expand to other production processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent hand eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Self-starter and desire to learn new processes.
• Interest in long term employment and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a glue machine and hand assembly of custom binders
• Sewing materials to create bound books
• Quality control (QC) to ensure customer orders are complete and accurate
• Initial training program and future training in other production processes

• Enjoys hands-on and craft work is ideal
• You have to be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
