Position Overview

Recruiting Professional dedicated to finding candidates the right fit in their career path.

Assignment Length: 6 months (Temp to Hire)

Work Schedule & Time Zone: 4 days on / 4 days off, EST. Available shifts include 6am-6pm (day shift) and 6pm-6am (night shift); candidates should be prepared to work overnight shifts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Background in systems operations preferred, including familiarity with SAP
• Forklift experience (training provided if needed)
• Hands-on with tools and mechanical systems
• PPE requirements include steel toe shoes/boots; other PPE will be provided
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally work at heights up to 15 ft.
• Experience working with chemical processes or hazardous materials is a plus
• Ability to operate a forklift and roll cylinders weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Must be able to wear respirators and pass physical and respiratory tests
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols

Job Responsibilities

As a Production Technician, you will operate chemical processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting the production of critical electronic materials. Your responsibilities include:

• Safely managing equipment
• Performing basic maintenance
• Troubleshooting process issues
• Adhering to safety standards

The role involves working in a team, following Standard Operating Procedures, and contributing to continuous safety improvement initiatives. You will participate in safety meetings, assist in equipment assembly/disassembly, and support emergency response efforts. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
