Job Overview

Works in a specialized botanical production facility, managing raw materials through finished goods while maintaining stringent quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process raw kratom through precision sifting, blending, and packaging operations
  • Operate and run production equipment including industrial blenders and automated packaging machinery
  • Perform routine production maintenance and equipment calibration
  • Follow GMP protocols and standard operating procedures
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the production process
  • Maintain clean work areas according to FDA sanitation requirements
  • Document production activities and complete batch records
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and mechanical issues
  • Support inventory management by tracking materials usage
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years machine operation and troubleshooting experience required
  • Packaging experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
