Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Production Technician I in Sumner, WA. The role operates and monitors high-speed production equipment, supports quality and safety initiatives, and participates in lean daily management.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to bend, stretch and stand during entire shift.
• Ability to frequently kneel, squat, climb stairs/ladders, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in a variety of temperature and humidity conditions.

Job description

Production Technician I - Sumner, WA

The Production Technician I is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintain KDP’s high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in supporting improvements to the manufacturing process in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, productivity and growth.

Shift and Schedule:

This is a full time position on:

• D1: 5:00am - 5:15pm on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.

Total Rewards:

• Pay starting at $24.66 per hour plus applicable shift differential. The employee will move to a higher rate of $25.88 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.
