Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Production Technician I in Moore, SC to operate and monitor high-speed production equipment while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes supporting process improvements across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and growth, with a shift that includes Sundays through Tuesdays and alternating Saturdays, plus overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to bend, stretch and stand during entire shift.
• Ability to frequently kneel, squat, climb stairs/ladders, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in a variety of temperature and humidity conditions.

Production Technician I - Moore, SC

The Production Technician I is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintain KDP’s high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in supporting improvements to the manufacturing process in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, productivity and growth.

This role will also be engaged in supporting improvements to the manufacturing process in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, productivity and growth.

Shift and Schedule

This is a full time position on:

• N1: Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday, with alternating Saturdays, from 6:30pm - 7:00am

Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $23.05 per hour plus applicable shift differential. The employee will move to a higher rate of $24.27 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.
