Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Production Technician I for the Lehigh Valley, PA area to monitor production lines, operate high-speed equipment, and help uphold safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes learning process improvements, participating in lean daily management, and contributing to a culture of teamwork and accountability, with a 7:00am-3:30pm shift and overtime as needed. Qualifications

• 1 year prior experience with operation of high-speed production machinery preferred.
• 1 year prior experience monitoring of product quality preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn processing and packaging equipment; mechanical understanding preferred.
• Self-motivated team player with decisiveness, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with basic computer functions and quick learning of production software.
• Basic mathematical skills for production calculations.

Job Overview

Production Technician I - Lehigh Valley, PA

The Production Technician I is responsible for monitoring Keurig Dr Pepper’s production processes, including operating manufacturing equipment and maintaining compliance with Keurig Dr Pepper’s high standards for safety and quality. This role will be engaged and understand initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture.

Shift and Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 7:00am -3:30pm daily overtime
• Weekend with occasional Saturdays

Total Rewards

Requirements

Qualifications

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to bend, stretch and stand during entire shift.
• Ability to frequently kneel, squat, climb stairs/ladders, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in a variety of temperature and humidity conditions.
