laborup is hiring across our Mascot, TN metal component facility for multiple full‑time production roles. Openings include material handling, assembly, inspection, and other production support with 1st and 2nd shift and regular overtime. Pay range is $19–$23/hr, with weekly pay and direct-hire from day one.

Positions offer cross-training and room to advance into various production and technical roles. We are interviewing immediately; final decisions next week.

Qualifications

Manufacturing or industrial work experience required.
Able to perform repetitive production tasks.
Able to use basic hand tools and read written work instructions.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout shift.

Responsibilities

Disassemble parts using presses and hand tools.
Clean components before inspection.
Inspect surfaces for wear, damage, or reusable condition.
Measure parts with gauges and precision tools.
Classify components as reusable or scrap per standards.
Operate equipment such as washers and blast cabinets safely.
Handle and stage heavy metal components across production.
Maintain equipment with routine cleaning and basic preventative tasks.

We’re hiring across the shop at our industrial metal component facility in Mascot, TN, with full-time openings in material handling, assembly, component breakdown, cleaning and finishing, quality control, inspection, and other production support roles.

Opportunities are available on both 1st and 2nd shift, with regular overtime available for those who want additional hours.
