Job Title: Production Technician Location: West Deptford, NJ Hours/Schedule: 12-hour shifts: 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule, alternating every four weeks between days and nights Compensation: Starting at $26.50/hour Type: Contract to Hire – 6 months
Overview We are currently seeking a Production Technician to support the production of bulk API pharmaceuticals in alignment with internal and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Manufacture bulk pharmaceuticals according to established procedures and cGMP guidelines.
Accurately complete batch records and other documentation in compliance with FDA requirements
Support process troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts to meet quality and performance targets
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant production environment
Adhere to safety programs and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ensure proper handling, labeling, and disposal of waste in accordance with regulatory and internal standards
Support root cause investigations and adhere to corrective actions and company compliance policies
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1–2 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment – preferred
Willingness and ability to work a rotating shift schedule
Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended period
