Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Technician for a leading manufacturing client in Clackamas, OR. You will be an essential part of the production department, focusing on safety, quality assurance, and efficiency while collaborating with a proactive team in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a starting wage of $21 per hour, a 2-2-3 shift rotation with every other weekend off, three weeks of PTO and nine floating holidays per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and math skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation, GMP, and allergen handling processes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks associated with production equipment safely, maintaining quality and efficiency standards
• Observe machine operations to ensure product quality and conformity
• Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature as needed
• Stop or reset machines during malfunctions and troubleshoot deviations from standard parameters
• Complete production paperwork accurately and maintain consistent attendance

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Clackamas, OR

Pay Range: $21

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 2-2-3 rotation, every other weekend off
