Washington Mills in Hennepin, IL is seeking a Production Technician for full-time, hourly work. The role involves hands-on furnace operations, graphite core handling, and mixing station duties with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced production environment.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable outdoor work, with a 6AM-4PM Saturday through Tuesday shift and $26.35 per hour after a 180-day probationary period. Overtime is available.

• Operate at the mixing station and run rock and/or graphite screeners, collecting samples.
• Guide Mobile Equipment Operators by signaling.

What You’ll Do
