Job summary

Washington Mills is seeking a Production Technician for our Hennepin, IL facility. The role is full-time, hourly, and involves hands‑on work across furnace cycles, graphite core handling, and mixing operations to ensure quality samples are collected at the station.

You will join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and reliability, with opportunities for growth in a longstanding industrial operation that supports customers across North America and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Assist and be involved with all phases of the furnace cycle, including removal of graphite from furnace cores.
• Directly engaged in leveling, laying out, forming, and constructing graphite cores.
• Run operations at the mixing station and operate rock and/or graphite screeners, ensuring samples are collected.
• Guide Mobile Equipment Operators by signaling.

Shift & Work Schedule:1st Shift, 6AM-4PM Saturday - Tuesday
