Kelly is hiring a Production Technician I in Newville, PA for 2nd shift. You will operate bindery equipment, manage outbound logistics, and ensure quality while following client specifications.

• Maintain compliance with procedures and client policies.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm

What’s a typical day as Production Technician I? You’ll be:

• Operating automated and non-automated bindery equipment to produce documents according to customer specifications
  
• Handling outbound logistics, including quality control checks, boxing, packaging, and labeling
  
• Reading and interpreting job tickets related to Bindery, Finishing, Large Format, and Shipping
  
• Executing workflow management scans to capture quality and productivity data
  
• Maintaining compliance with organizational procedures and client policies
