Job Overview:
Stand-By Personnel has immediate openings forProduction AssemblersinSeneca, MO. This1st shiftposition offers$16/hrand is temp-to-hire. Candidates must have aclean background with zero feloniesand pass anextensive background check and drug screening.
Key Responsibilities:
· Performmechanical assembly,potting,soldering applications, andspot welding.
· Assemble products according totechnical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
· Conductproduct testingusing specialized equipment such asvolt meters, helium leak testers, and digital X-ray systems.
· Processelectrodesincludingcleaning tabs, defect sorting, cell assembly, and activation.
· Set up and programlaser beam weldequipment.
· Executeprocess proceduresforcell manufacturing and assembly.
· Operatespecialized production equipmentsuch as:
o Winders, wrappers, and filling systems
o X-ray machines, stackers, and welders
o Activation systems, mixing, coating, and calendaring machines
o Slitting, blanking, surface grinders, servo presses, and hydraulic presses
· Performproduct quality self-inspectionsand documentprocess and product data.
· Meetproduction deadlinesunder pressure while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
·Must be a U.S. Citizen.
·High School Diploma or GED required.
· Must be able toobtain ATF clearance(Energetic Devices Facility).
·Preferred Certifications & Experience:
o Electronics soldering, spot welding, crimping, laser beam welding, electrostatic discharge, DOT packaging/shipping, X-ray (Level I or II), and brazing.
o Experience operatingmanual and automated assembly equipment.
o Background inautomated systems operationin a manufacturing setting.
o Familiarity withsetup and operation of automated pressing equipment dies.
· Must be able towork in a team environmentwhile maintainingefficiency, precision, and a quality-first mindset.
· Strong attention to detail, adaptability to change, and results-driven.
· Provenrecord of excellent attendance, reliability, and housekeeping practices.
· Strongorganizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
· Self-motivated withhigh energyand strong decision-making skills.
