Job summary

Sage V Foods, headquartered in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Production Technician for our Little Rock plant. You will operate production machinery, pack and ship flour and crisp rice products, and help maintain clean, safe work areas. Forklift operations and basic troubleshooting support are part of the role.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in industrial/manufacturing settings. Flexibility for extended shifts and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (food or chemical industry preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting production documents and customer orders.
• Basic computer knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to work extended shifts and weekends as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Standing for long periods; occasional stooping, bending, and kneeling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely and climb ladders as needed.
• Work with PPE in a fast-paced, non-air-conditioned plant environment.
• Exposure to dust, rotating equipment, hot/cold temperatures, noise, wet floors, and moving lift equipment.
