We are part of the SERVPRO nationwide Storm Team, dispatched to severe weather events across the country, including Texas, South Dakota, and North Carolina. When traveling with our Storm Team, all expenses are covered, you earn a daily per diem, and you can earn over $30 an hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Water extraction, light demolition, use of hand and power tools
  • Inventory management and loading work vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, and shop areas
  • Prepare areas for work, set up staging and equipment
  • Follow safety and risk management guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with crew chief and team members
  • Ensure job sites are clean and orderly after work completion
  • Follow SERVPRO production guidelines
  • Manage inventory of shop supplies and report low stock
  • Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup, leaving sites tidy
Requirements:
General Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Dependability, friendly attitude, effective communication skills
  • Experience in water restoration preferred
  • IICRC certifications preferred but not required
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • High school diploma or GED
Physical and Work Environment:
  • Ability to work in all climates
  • Lift up to 50 pounds regularly; up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Long periods of walking, standing, sitting, or driving
  • Climb ladders and work at heights
  • Work in tight spaces
  • Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying
