Job summary

Engramec is seeking dependable and motivated Production Technicians to support daily manufacturing and packaging operations in a GMP-regulated environment. Responsibilities include assembling products, maintaining documentation, ensuring quality, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

You will follow SOPs, participate in training, and collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency. This is a full-time role with on-the-job training and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations:

• Assemble components and products according to written and verbal instructions.
• Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and records.
• Support packaging, labeling, inspection, and assembly operations.

Quality and Compliance:

• Adhere to all cGMP, SOP, safety, and company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Participate in required training and on-the-job learning activities.

Team Support:

• Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
