Description

Summary: Crazy Shirts aims to create original and memorable artwork on quality products that bring the spirit of vacation to everyday life. The Production Tech supports this mission by performing apprenticeship functions in preparation for a printer or technician role.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The key duties include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting the print team in press setup and breakdown, including garment layout, work order sorting, screen and pallet loading/unloading, squeegee replacement, ink handling, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Reproducing designs onto apparel efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Inspecting items for quality control.
• Washing screens, preparing jobs, managing screens, and reclaiming.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Passing background screening.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Physical activities include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, and moving items.
• Manual dexterity for machinery operation.
• Ability to work in environments with varied noise levels, dust, and weather conditions.
• Use of PPE like eye and ear protection, and gloves as needed.
• Compliance with company safety and health guidelines, including mask-wearing and disinfection procedures.
