Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Production Technician for our Clear Lake ATR Facility located in Pasadena, TX.

Under routine supervision, you will be responsible for a variety of complex operations and duties in a production environment.

This position involves operating equipment associated with an Auto Thermal Reformer, CO2 removal cold box/liquefaction, compression equipment, and various distribution systems.

Essential Functions Include:

• Learn and operate computer control systems and field operations.
• Perform startup and shutdown of process equipment.
• Read and interpret P&ID, equipment manuals, and company procedures.
• Monitor process performance and make adjustments to correct deviations and meet standards.
• Operate units to supply products safely, economically, and in compliance with environmental regulations and customer requirements.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Permit and oversee maintenance work and contractors as necessary.
• This role requires 12-hour shift rotations, on-call periods, and scheduled overtime.

Responsibilities and duties are typically focused but may include nonroutine tasks.

This position may require outdoor work in various weather conditions and working extended hours, including weekends, holidays, and call-ins.
