Job summary

IFF is seeking a hands-on individual for an on-site role in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will operate and monitor production equipment in enzyme manufacturing, using DeltaV control systems to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

This position emphasizes safety, quality, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in manufacturing, and strong mechanical/troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with process systems or automated equipment is a plus.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs in a physically active setting.
