Job summary

Airgas in Bagdad, AZ is hiring a Production Technician to learn all plant operations and support daily production tasks. You will work on a 12-hour rotating shift, collaborating with senior technicians and participating in safety and compliance programs across FDA, OSHA and cGMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work a flexible 12-hour rotating schedule.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship needed.
• Preferred 2–5 years in an industrial facility; cryogenics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and shares basic process plant skills under supervision.
• Assist senior technicians and complete training tasks.
• Participate in Time-Out investigations and incident reporting.
• Maintain and follow site procedures; document in Intelex.
• Support contractors, vendors, visitors training and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT and cGMP requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling to meet customer delivery needs with accuracy.
