Plant technicians are members of a high-performance work team responsible for:

1. Operating production lines
2. Keeping production flowing
3. Meeting performance goals
4. Maintaining the high quality expected by consumers

Technicians perform various tasks, including:

1. Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed equipment for making, packing, and related processes
2. Using basic hand and power tools
3. Performing preventative maintenance
4. Taking ownership of situations and continuously improving equipment and processes
5. Following all safety and manufacturing practices as per plant procedures

Qualifications:

• Production experience (2 years preferred)
• Desire to learn manufacturing processes, including operating and maintaining automated equipment and computer systems
• Strong technical aptitude, leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, and computer skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
• Ability to work well in a diverse, team-based environment
• Experience in liquid process or packing operations

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time (overtime applicable)
• Salary: $23.20/hr plus shift differential
• Schedule: Must be able to work any of the shifts listed below:

12-hour shifts (rotating 2-2-2 schedule):

• Day shift: 5 am - 5:30 pm
• Night shift: 5 pm - 5:30 am

8-hour shifts:

• First: 5 am - 1:30 pm
• Second: 1 pm - 9:30 pm
• Third: 9 pm - 5:30 am
