Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring for a Production Tech 1 (sanitation crew) on the 2nd shift. The role cleans, sanitizes, and assembles equipment within strict sanitary standards and timelines.

You will maintain production floor cleanliness, remove waste, and assist with break and lunch rotations while following EPSU training and safety protocols. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, willingness to overtime, and prior food manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Must understand verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must follow safety rules and GMP/USDA policies.
• Experience in food manufacturing/Nestlé preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and assemble equipment per sanitation standards.
• Maintain sanitary conditions on the production floor and assist in break/lunch rotations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members; observe safety protocols.
