Nestlé USA in Medford, WI is seeking a full-time 2nd shift Sanitation Tech. The role reports to the Sanitation Supervisor with potential growth into Quality. Core hours are 10p-6a, Monday-Friday, with some weekend work.

Starting pay is $27.25/hr plus $1.50/hr shift differential, with comprehensive benefits after 30 days. Responsibilities include overseeing sanitation procedures, proper chemical handling, safety compliance, and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or food/beverage environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GMPs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant sanitation to verify proper procedures are followed and cleaning levels are maintained.
• Know chemicals and proper applications; follow safety precautions.
• Perform duties safely and monitor areas to ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Wear required safety equipment and maintain documentation for compliance.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
