Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Production Tech I to prepare cell cultures, perform passaging, and ramp-up culture for slide spotting operations in a GMP environment.
You will handle aseptic techniques in a biosafety cabinet, count cells with a hemacytometer, and document steps accurately. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, ERP entry for materials and labor, and collaboration across teams to meet production deadlines.
Utilizing aseptic technique in a biosafety cabinet (BSC), the Production Tech I candidate will prepare cell cultures for working seed stock production, cell passaging for culture maintenance, and culture ramp-up for slide spotting operations. This includes visual and microscopic examination of cultures, performing cell counts using a hemacytometer, seeding cultures into new culture vessels, and preparing slide spotting cell suspensions.

This position must be based in Woodinville, Washington and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $20.19 to $27.79 hourly, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills,abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
