Job summary

Ravago in Manchester, TN, is seeking a hands-on team member to support safe, efficient production of quality material that meets customer requirements.

You will follow SOPs and work instructions, handle packaging, labeling, quality sampling, processing, and changeovers, while maintaining a clean, compliant work area and contributing to safe forklift operations.

Qualifications

• Move, load and package Raw and Finished Goods as required.
• Ensure quality sample collection, molding, lab testing & SPC data entry to determine product conformity.
• Complete box sheet with box numbers, finished end temperatures, correct weights, and Conforming/Non-Conforming status.
• Ensure that boxes are labelled correctly - Product ID, weights and customer requirements.
• Error-free, safe and timely change-overs.
• Uphold the Ravago Code of Conduct standards.

• a) Compliance with Standard Operating Conditions (SOC) and Work Package Instructions.
• b) Move, load and package Raw and Finished Goods as required.
• c) Ensure quality sample collection, molding, lab testing & SPC data entry to determine product conformity.
• d) Complete box sheet correctly with box numbers, finished end temperatures, correct weights, and indicate whether the box is Conforming or Non-Conforming.
• e) Ensure that boxes are labelled correctly - Product ID, correct weights and any other customer requirements.
• f) Error-free, safe and timely change-overs.
• g) Keep a clean and safe work area.
• h) Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures.
• i) Operate a forklift in a safe manner at all times.
• j) Uphold the Ravago Code of Conduct standards.
• k) Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
