Job summary

Ravago Manufacturing Americas in Manchester, TN, seeks a production operator to lead the safe, efficient production of quality material that meets customer requirements. The role emphasizes adherence to Quality, Safety and Environmental procedures and effective change-overs.

You will move and package raw and finished goods, collect quality samples, perform molding and SPC data entry, label boxes with correct Product IDs and weights, and maintain a clean, safe work area while upholding Ravago's

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly.
• Attention to quality and safety procedures.
• Color vision required.

Responsibilities

• Move, load and package raw and finished goods as required.
• Ensure quality sample collection, molding, lab testing and SPC data entry.
• Complete box sheets with box numbers, temps, weights and Conforming/Non-Conforming status.
• Label boxes correctly with Product IDs and weights per customer requirements.
• Perform safe and timely change-overs and keep a clean, safe work area.
• Follow Quality, Safety & Environmental procedures; uphold Ravago Code of Conduct.
• Operate a forklift safely at all times.
• Take on other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

Areas Of Responsibility / Tasks Performance Must Reflect Appropriate Level Of Expertise And Achievement Of The Desired Results For The Items Listed Below

• General Policy
• Compliance with Standard Operating Conditions (SOC) and Work Package Instructions.
• Move, load and package Raw and Finished Goods as required.
• Ensure quality sample collection, molding, lab testing & SPC data entry to determine product conformity.
• Complete box sheet correctly with box numbers, finished end temperatures, correct weights, and indicate whether the box is

“Conforming” or “Non-Conforming”.

• Ensure that boxes are labelled correctly – Product ID, correct weights and any other customer requirements.
• Error-free, safe and timely change-overs.
• Keep a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures.
• Operate a forklift in a safe manner at all times.
• Uphold the Ravago Code of Conduct standards.
• Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
