You will weigh, mix, and dispense materials according to batch records, work with the Production Lead, and adhere to strict safety and SOPs in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Forklift operation and precise documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Current employee in good standing with a strong safety record, reliable attendance, and demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, mix, and dispense materials per batch formula.
• Assist Production Lead; monitor for abnormal conditions and report issues.
• Label containers and processing equipment with correct product and batch info.
• Verify labels and quantities match batch formula before processing.
• Document steps per batch records and SOPs.
• Prepare equipment for next run and perform size changes as needed.
• Package finished coatings into containers per fulfillment specs.
• Assemble and verify customer orders from stock and palletize.
