Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Team Partner to join our Production Department in Nashville, TN. You will work as part of a team to ensure customer garments are kept in exceptional condition through quality inspection.

On-the-job training is provided, and the company offers a 5-day work week with Saturdays and Sundays off, plus a comprehensive benefits package. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and opportunity for growth within a 2 billion-dollar organization with a strong family culture.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance

Responsibilities

• Fold cloths, towels, and wipers
• Bundle, package, and bag articles in accordance with company requirements
• Inspect products for holes, tears, stains, and damage.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
