Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is hiring a Production Team Partner in North Carolina. You will work with a team to ensure garments are in excellent condition through quality inspection and packaging by following safety policies.

This is an entry-level, full-time role with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth. The position offers a 40-hour work week with weekends off, summer Saturdays included?, and benefits such as health insurance, 401K with company match, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using US customary units.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.

Responsibilities

• Fold cloths, towels, and wipers.
• Bundle, package, and bag articles in accordance with company requirements.
• Inspect products for holes, tears, stains, and damage.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
