Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join our Kernersville facility. You will work as a team to ensure garments are inspected and kept in excellent condition, with on-the-job training provided.

We offer a 40-hour work week with Saturdays and Sundays off, competitive hourly pay, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, health insurance, and other benefits. Primary location is United States-North Carolina; 1st shift; full-time; HS or GED preferred; lift up to 50 lbs; ability

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Responsibilities

• Fold cloths, towels, and wipers.
• Bundle, package, and bag articles in accordance with company requirements.
• Inspect products for holes, tears, stains, and damage.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
