Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our Salt Lake City shipping department. In this entry-level role you will prepare garments for shipment, organize items by route and stop number, and perform final inspections to ensure quality before they leave the facility.

We offer a 40-hour workweek with Saturdays and Sundays off, on-the-job training, competitive hourly pay, 401K with company match, profit sharing, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid

Qualifications

• High school education or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions using standard units.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and push up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garments to be shipped back to customer locations.
• Organize garments by route and stop number.
• Store garments until shipment back to the customer.
• Handle final inspection to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Prepare garments that require polybagging/wrapping.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.

UniFirst is seeking areliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family.As a Team Partner in the Shipping Department, you will be helping keep ourcustomers on schedule by ensuring on-time delivery of their garments. AtUniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday and Sunday off!! We have an immediateopening and provide on the job training.
