Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family in Phoenix. As a Team Partner in the Shipping Department, you’ll help keep customers on schedule by ensuring on-time delivery of garments.

We operate on a 5-day workweek with Saturdays and Sundays off and provide on-the-job training. We offer competitive hourly pay plus benefits including 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, direct payroll

Qualifications

• High school education or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Able to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Able to perform basic mathematical functions using standard units.
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs and push up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garments to be shipped back to customer locations.
• Organize garments by route and stop number.
• Store garments until shipment back to the customer.
• Handle final inspection to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Prepare garments that require polybagging/wrapping.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
