Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our UniFirst Family in the Shaking and Pressing Department. You will press garments on a pressing machine, visually inspect for tears and damage, and help ensure garments pass the 20-point inspection process for a finished appearance.

We offer a 40-hour workweek with Saturdays and Sundays off, on-the-job training, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K with company match, profit sharing, health and life

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.

Responsibilities

• Press garments on a pressing machine.
• Visually inspect garments for tears, holes, stains or damage.
• Ensure garments pass the UniFirst 20-point uniform inspection process.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management

As a Team Partner in the Shaking and Pressing Department, you will be working on a team to help ensure quality assurance for our customers by utilizing a 20-point inspection process and pressing garments for a finished appearance. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday and Sunday off!! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.
