Astemo is seeking a Weekend Day Shift Production Team Member in Berea, KY, to assemble components per work instructions and maintain quality standards. You will follow procedures, operate gauges, and report defects while supporting changeovers and data tracking.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or equipment assembly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment with production targets.
  • Able to read, understand, and follow written instructions and complete reports.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, lift up to 40 lbs, and stand for long periods.
  • Visual acuity (with correction) to read instructions and inspect parts.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Productin Team Member to join our production team on the 2nd shift. In this role, you'll assemble components according to work instructions, ensure quality standards are met, and help keep our operations running smoothly during our weekend AM shift.
