Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp., U.S.A seeks full-time Production Team Members for our Rail Car manufacturing facility in Lincoln, NE. Candidates should enjoy a fast-paced environment, demonstrate ability to follow directions, and be self-motivated. Candidates with six months experience in assembly, fabrication, custom fitting work (carpentry, flooring, brazing copper tubing, autobody), and routing and connection of electrical wiring will be considered.

Starting Pay: $20.77-$22.84 per hour, plus $1.25 per hour for 2nd shift differential.

Available Shifts

• 1st: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd: Monday – Friday, 2:45 PM – 10:55 PM

Qualifications for Production Team Members

Previous experience preferred but not required in areas such as manufacturing/production, assembly, finishing, material handling, fabrication, custom fitting work (carpentry, flooring, brazing copper tubing, autobody), and routing and connection of electrical wiring. We also seek individuals with consistent work history willing to learn new skills, even without previous manufacturing experience.
