Job summary

Universal Pure is hiring Production Team Members to operate in a cold, manufacturing facility on night shifts. You will follow line leads, rotate along the line, and support packing, labeling, and pallet building in a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Refrigeration/warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Overnight shift experience strongly preferred (7:30 PM–6:00 AM).
• Basic math ability required.
• English speaking, reading and writing required.
• Able to stand 10–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Pack and unpack product on the line.
• Load and unload cylinders for the HPP machine.
• Stack and build pallets for storage and shipping.
• Label and code date products accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

The Production Team Member will follow the direction given by the line lead and shift supervisor. This position will rotate down the line throughout their shift.

Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities:

• Packing and unpacking the product
• Loading and unloading cylinders for the HPP machine
• Stacking and building pallets
• Labeling and code dating product
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience
• Previous experience working overnight shifts highly preferred (730PM to 600AM)
• Ability to perform basic mental math
• Ability to communicate in English (Speak, read, and write)
• Ability to balance productivity, quality, and safety
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively work with others and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a cold/wet environment
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs. repetitively and up to 45 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs. on rollers occasionally
• Ability to stand for 10–12-hour shifts.

Working Conditions

• T his role operates in a cold/wet refrigerated environment (around 34 degrees F) located within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production type facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for 10‑12 hours a day.
• This is largely a static role with standing, however, the ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is also required.

We run a 4-day/10-hour shift from Monday to Thursday 7:30pm to 6:00am.

We also run a 3-day/12-hour shift from Friday to Sunday 6:00pm to 6:00am.
