Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or 2+ years of work experience.
• Able to read, interpret and follow work instructions.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move from one job to another as business needs warrant.
• Outstanding teamwork - must be able to work successfully and effectively with others.
• Technical capacity required.
• Working knowledge of computers is preferred.
• Able to stand, sit and walk throughout an entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to use hand tools.
• Able and willing to work a modified shift as needed.
• Able and willing to work multiple shifts as needed.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate cutting-edge manufacturing equipment to create pleated filters and filtration products.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear; spot hazards and maintain a safe workplace.
