Job summary

Parker Hannifin’s IGFG Division seeks a Production Worker to join the manufacturing team. You will operate advanced machinery, assemble pleated filters and filtration products, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment daily.

Role requires reading and following instructions, strong teamwork, and the ability to move between tasks as needed. Overtime and various shifts may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, or 2+ years of work experience.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions.
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move between jobs as business needs warrant.
  • Strong teamwork and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Ability to read and effectively use a tape measure; technical capacity required.
  • Working knowledge of computers preferred.

Responsibilities include:

  • Power Up Production: Operate cutting-edge manufacturing equipment to create top-tier pleated filters and filtration products.
  • Be a Safety Hero: Follow all procedures and wear protective gear; spot hazards and help create a safe workplace.
  • Deliver Flawless Quality: Ensure products meet high quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Handle with Care & Strength: Safely lift and move materials and finished goods using appropriate tools and techniques.

Additional expectation: Keep the workspace clean and organized to maintain efficiency and safety.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions.
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move between jobs as business needs warrant.
  • Strong teamwork and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Ability to read and effectively use a tape measure; technical capacity required.
  • Working knowledge of computers preferred.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, and walk throughout a shift; lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to use hand tools and switch between multiple jobs as needed.
  • Willingness to learn all jobs from start to finish and work a modified or multiple shifts as needed.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
Pay, Benefits, and Work Schedule

Pay: Earn $18.32/hr on 1st Shift. Benefits and schedule details are described in our benefit program.
