Position Title: Production Team Member - Lamination 2nd Shift

Reports to: Operations Manager

At Motus, we’re revolutionizing the manufacturing industry and seeking a passionate, forward-thinking Production Team Member - Lamination 2nd Shift to help us make an impact and drive this position to new heights.

A successful candidate will be high energy, driven, resourceful and a problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Loading / unloading rolls of material through the use of an overhead crane
• Ensure equipment settings match process standard
• Conduct raw material and composite weight measurements to ensure product is at specification
• Alter necessary equipment components for product / program changeover
• Monitor quality of product during machine operation
• Operate Hilo and perform preventative maintenance on equipment as required
• Special projects as necessary
• Responsible for promoting a safe work environment and preventing injuries through 5S
• Continuously analyze the assigned area of responsibility for improved methods of production, tool design, communication, reporting, cost controls and layout: make recommendations to supervisor for improvements
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
