Overview

Production Operator/ Coil Winding Technician - 2nd Shift — Panama City, FL. Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM (with occasional overtime as needed). Reports To: Production Supervisor. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt. Compensation: $22 per hour.

What You'll Do
  • Operate coil winding machines with accuracy and care.
  • Follow blueprints, specifications, and detailed instructions to produce precise coils.
  • Load materials, adjust machine settings, and ensure smooth operation.
  • Wind wire around cores/forms to exact specifications.
  • Use hand tools to cut, strip, and shape wire.
  • Assemble components and perform quality checks.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read job instructions and perform basic math.
